Hey Guys!

The Holiday season is fast approaching and everyone at A Sweet Reminder is working diligently in order to get all of your orders filled! A quick reminder, our last day to order for Christmas is December 19th and our last day of shipping will be the 21st.

But that’s not what I wanted to talk to you guys about.. I have something that’s really, really exciting to tell you about. For the past ten years, A Sweet Reminder has been fulfilling all of your cookie order needs. We’ve consistently offered lower prices, better service, and a wider selection than our competition. Well, we’re one-upping them yet again. Starting January 1, we will be making some changes to our website as well as our services.

1- We recently received a GREAT e-mail filled with suggestions to make A Sweet Reminder’s ordering process and website more customer friendly. We’re going to get to work on that ASAP! Let us know anything you think we could improve upon!

2- We will be changing up some of our cookie flavors, product offerings, and tin selections to better serve you. This will include expanding our offerings to gourmet brownies as well!

3- We will be offering TIN CUSTOMIZATION for all of our customers. We’re very excited about the opportunity to be the first cookie company offering customization to the masses. Starting this January, you will be able to send in a photo or drawing and we’ll have a screen developed with your image on it. This service will only cost an additional $5 per tin!

As always, we’re excited to help you out with all your gift giving needs! Let us know if there’s anything else we can do to make your experience with us the best it can possibly be!

A Brief Word

Hey Everyone,

I thought that since I was expecting you guys to do business with me that I should probably introduce myself. My name is Eric Lippert and I am the new owner of A Sweet Reminder. Don’t worry, I’m not some guy off the street who randomly invested into a cookie business. I’ve worked for A Sweet Reminder over the past three years as their business development manager and account executive. During that time, I probably baked somewhere in the ballpark of 30-50,000 cookies, give or take a few dozen. All kidding aside, I’m here today because I love what A Sweet Reminder is and what the company represents to me. I’m not entirely sure when, but somewhere during my tenure here, I fell in love with the company. Through many of your e-mails its obvious that many of you have too. That’s great! I welcome and encourage each and everyone of you to share and questions, comments, or thoughts with me. With your help, we’ve brought A Sweet Reminder this far.
